This stone heart is embedded into a wall just outside of the St Clements Church, at Rodal
The story of the heart
The local story goes that the stonemason placed the heart in the wall in honour of the woman from Harris who he fell in love with. The woman in question turned him down, and so he came back and cracked the heart.
